Anders Behring Breivik,
born 13 February 1979, is a Norwegian right-wing extremist and the confessed perpetrator of the 2011 Norway attacks on 22 July 2011.
Anders Behring Breivik detonated a car bomb outside government buildings in the Norwegian capital of Oslo, killing eight people. He then made his way to the summer camp of the youth movement of the Norwegian Labour Party on the island of Utøya where, dressed as a police officer, he shot and killed 69 on the island.
The attacks occurred July 22, 2011

Before the bombing took place Breivik published an over 1500-page manifesto, 2083 A European Declaration of Independence, where he presents his ideology.
The material published under the pseudonym Andrew Berwick also includes a diary and a biography.
Behring Breivik wrote in his 1500 pages manifesto:
"In addition, I will put my iPod on max volume as a tool to suppress fear if needed. I might just put Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell on repeat as it is an incredibly powerful song. The combination of these factors (when added on top of intense training, simulation, superior armour and weaponry) basically turns you into an extremely focused and deadly force, a one-man-army."
Several witnesses at Utøya say they saw the killer had a video camera but no video has yet been found.
